Clearing your cache before you place an order.
Dear customers,
We have recently updated our website. For the best experience at checkout, you may have to clear your cache.
Please keep in mind that the examples shown below refer to Google Chrome browser (for desktop and mobile). For other browsers, follow the steps for similar troubleshooting or visit this link for further help.
Step 1
Click on the three dots at the top right of yourbrowser to see the drop down menu.
Step 2
From the drop down menu, select History. Then, select History on the right-hand menu.
Step 3
On the left hand side, click Clear browsing data.
Step 4
When the following window appears, check off Cached images and files. This will clear the scripts, images, and other files that have been stored in your browser history that can end up creating issues when revisiting sites that have been updated.
Select All time in the time range menu.
Step 5
Exit your browser completely after clearing your cache before attempting to access the site again.
